Hyatt Regency Hong Kong (previously called President Hotel) was located at 67 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. It was opened in 1969 and closed in 2006. The hotel was redeveloped into the present-day iSquare in 2009. The new Hyatt Regency Hong Kong was opened in 2009 at Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui.香港凱悅酒店（前稱總統酒店）位於尖沙咀彌敦道67號。酒店於1969年開業，2006年結業，2009年重建為現在的國際廣場。新的香港凱悅酒店於2009年在尖沙咀河內道開幕。
