What's happening to Hong Kong's politics? Is it getting out of control?

Recently five members of Civic Party and LSD Party have been resigned to trigger a by-election, which is calling a referendum on democracy however most of Hong Kong people see this action as a political gimmick. Guests Mr. Alan Leong who is a vice chairman of Civic Party and Mr. Leung Kwok-hung who comes from League of Social Democrats Party (LSD Party) would discuss this issue in the program. Alan Leong would respond on misunderstanding of resignation movement with several reasons which including the aims and objectives of the by-election. In addition, Leung Kwok-hung would respond on the opinions from people that he may lose in by-election. If he lose, will he say that his agenda has failed? Moreover, they would discuss the issue that DAB and Liberal Party may not take part on this by-election. Could they say they win in by-election without any opponents?
