Vivienne Poy, born in Hong Kong, is the first Chinese Canadian and the only Asian to be appointed to the Senate of Canada. Vivienne Poy is from a prominent Hong Kong family, the one that among other things started the Lee Theatre and Lee Garden's Hotel.
