Kam Tin theatre site on reclaimed land from moat of Tai Hong Wai, Kam Tin. It will be constructed under the management of Asia Motion Picture Development Ltd and financed by Oriental Banking Corporation.面向錦田路的泰康圍護城河段正進行填土工程，部份將興建新戲院。新戲院將由亞洲電影建設有限公司管理，由遠東銀行元朗分行提供融資。
