New Year's eve special

It's the final edition of The Pulse for 2010 or the first edition for 2011, depending on whether viewers watched our first broadcast or a later repeat. So tonight, we're looking both back and ahead. In Part One we look back, not at the year but at the first decade of the 21st century. How have things changed? Businessman and politician Bernard Chan, activist Jackie Hung, and teacher Sam Tse give us their perspectives on events in since the year 2000. In Part Two, with District Council elections coming up in the next twelve months, and Legislative Council elections in 2012, Hong Kong's political parties are inevitably looking ahead, some with considerably more confidence than others. Recent upheavals, mostly among the pan-democrats, have meant that for some there could be a rocky road ahead as we enter 2011.
