A stevedore 碼頭工人

Saturday's Child' is a portrait of Hong Kong's most turbulent decade - the 1960s. It combines words and photographs to explore how the public and private strands of that momentous decade interweave and unravel. In doing so, it not only evokes the look and feel of Hong Kong at that crucial juncture of its history, but also celebrates a generation in the making. Hong Kong emerged from the 60s with an appreciation that its 'problem of people' had now become its greatest strength. A stevedore with the photographer.
