這個三叠潭的第一叠是「龍潭」；「照鏡孔」是第二叠，直徑1米，水流穿越向下，匯成下面的水潭，再從懸崖翻下為巨瀑。由上面下望，狀如照鏡，配合「新娘」梳洗照鏡的傳說，遂得其名。This is a series of three successive pools. The first tier is called Dragon Pool. Mirror Hollow, the second pool of the series, is 1 m in diameter. Water flows right through the hollow to form a pool, before rushing down the cliff as a great waterfall. Gazing down, the water looks just like a mirror. The name Mirror Pool comes from the folk legend about an ill-fated bride dressing herself up in front o the mirror.
