A sea wall of 3,000 feet was built at Tsuen Wan Bay in 1958 connecting Texaco Oil Depot in the east with Chai Wan Kok in the west to demarcate the boundary of the reclamation in Tsuen Wan. 俯瞰荃灣海灣 ，一條長約三千呎的海堤於1958年敷設完成，連接東面的德士古油倉至西面的柴灣角，為新填海區劃定範圍。
