Museum of Tea Ware, Central District

Flagstaff House, once the residence of the Commander of British Forces in Hong Kong and the oldest domestic residence extant in the territory, has been restored to much of its former 19th century glory, and has been turned into a fine museum devoted to the history of tea. Slide shows showing the development of the trade and superb collections of teaware from ancient times to the present day are included in the exhibits.
