香港鐵崗聖保羅堂主任牧師；1895年生於澳門，1960年離世；籍貫廣東中山；畢業於聖保羅書院；其父為前澳門議例局員曹善業；妻是教師何玉瑛；其叔父為香港律師曹善允。A clergyman; born in 1895 in Macau and passed away in 1960; native of Guangdong Zhongshan; graduated at St. Paul’s College; a vicar of St. Paul’s Church; his father Tso Seen-ip was a member of the Legislative Council of Macao; his wife was a teacher; his uncle was Tso Seen-wan, a famous solicitor in Hong Kong.
