照片左方是德國會所。第一次世界大戰爆發，德國會所因屬交戰敵國所有而被封。1918年聖若瑟書院從羅便臣道遷入，租用作校舍。這座建築物在1961年拆卸改建。照片右方是1891年落成的佑寧堂。On the left is Club Germania, which was closed during the First World War since Germany was at war with Britain. In 1918, St. Joseph’s College, originally located at Robinson Road, moved in and rented the Club’s premises. The building was demolished in 1961. On the right is the Union Church built in 1891.
