The Sha Tin Floating Restaurant was situated at the Sha Tin Hoi near Sha Tin Market in the 1960s. In the 1970s, the restaurant was forced to move out because the government had to reclaim the Sha Tin Hoi to develop the Sha Tin New Town. In 1986, the Treasure Restaurant Group built the Treasure Floating Restaurant (now changed to The Star Seafood Floating Restaurant) to replace the Sha Tin Floating Restaurant.沙田畫舫是香港昔日的一座海上畫舫，於1960年代停泊於新界沙田海近沙田墟一帶。隨著1970年代香港政府發展沙田新市鎮需要在沙田海填海，畫舫因而被遷離。1986年，敦煌酒樓集團在沙田城門河畔興建敦煌畫舫（目前已改為明星海鮮舫），代替被遷離的沙田畫舫。
