A businessman; born in 1860 and passed away in 1931; native of Guangdong Xinhui; helped establish the School of Chinese at the University of Hong Kong, and provided funds to build the Chinese Library which has been known as the Fung Ping Shan Library.商人，又名馮朝安、馮昆炎及馮康；生於1860年，1931年離世；籍貫廣東新會；協助香港大學開設中文本科課程及創辦中文學院，又向香港大學捐出十萬港元興建中文圖書館。
