Development of the Mid Levels has always been dictated by the dogma that the higher the location, the better the view. These two examples of near identical buildings were constructed on a site presently occupied by Estoril Court. They formed part of a lot that held six such buildings, for in addition to this duo there were four slightly smaller buildings immediately below, fronting onto MacDonnell Road.
