Sir Francis Henry May C.M.G. G.C.M.G. (1860-1922), was a British colonial administrator who served as the twelfth Governor of Hong Kong from 1912 to 1919. After revolution had swept China's last imperial dynasty from power, Sir Francis succeeded Governor Lugard in 1912.
