Has our government lost its way?

Michael DeGolyer (Director, Hong Kong Transition Project) comments on what the people are saying about Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen's government and why it is unwilling to deal with such major issues as the housing problem, the rich-poor gap and the monopoly by wealthy tycoons. He warns that the government is heading for trouble if it does not make changes to fundamental issues and to introduce the competition law to start. DeGolyer explains why Chief Executive candidate Leung Chun-ying is so consistently unpopular and who he thinks is the best suited and most supported Chief Executive candidate.
