Hercules George Robert Robinson, 1st Baron Rosmead, GCMG, PC (1824 -1897), was a British colonial administrator who became the fifth governor of Hong Kong from 1859 to 1896, the youngest in the colony's history. During his years as Governor he was known as Sir Hercules Robinson.
