Myth or miracle? ; Recipe for disaster

Advertisements for sliming services become ubiquitous in Hong Kong. Many of these boast the high tech equipments that can sweep away body fat in a few months without any exercises or diet. But is there really a short way out to losing weight? The average rate of obesity has risen from 16.4% to 18.7% among children aged between 6 and 18 in Hong Kong in the last seven years. Most parents choose to buy lunch boxes supplied by caterers to the school for their kids. What guarantees are there these lunch boxes are healthy and giving the kids a balance diet? And what part do school lunches play in obesity of school children?
