A new system to process refugees claims was introduced in March last year, but the latest figures show that more than ten thousand applications since than less than one percent has been approved. Immigration department has taken a hard line with these cases and claim the system is being abused, but concern group say it being too tough and a queue of the department of failing to fulfill United Nation application by labeling those needs as fake cases.
