The first part of the programme is about the opinion polls on the Chief Executive candidates. The programme points out that different surveying methods can produce different results. People are suggested to be sensible and to be misled by the opinion polls. The second part of the programme reports the Chinese mass media in England. With the help of Chinese television station, radio and newspapers, the communication between Chinese living in England is strengthened, and more youngsters are willing to learn Chinese language. The third part of the programme introduces the transmitting methods used by the Cable TV to boardcast its programmes. The fourth part of the programme assesses the public relation strategies employed by the four Chief Executive candidates.
