Just about everyone is talking about the Da Vinci Code, first a best selling book and now the movie suggesting that Jesus Christ actually married Mary Magdalene and had a child with her. Author Dan Brown says the Catholic Church covered this up for centuries, for fears this would destroy the Christian faith. Is all this pure fiction or is there some truth to it and should Catholics boycott the movie as the Vatican suggests. Discuss these issues with Father Jim Mulroney (editor-in-chief of the local Catholic newspaper Sunday Examiner), Professor Stephen Palmquist (Baptist University, Department of Religion and Philosophy) and Steve Cray (photo-journalist and assistant editor at the South China Morning Post's education section) who should be able to give some insight on how schools are dealing with the issue.
