The International Commerce Centre (ICC) is not only the tallest building in Hong Kong, but currently the world's fourth tallest building by height and its third tallest by floors. Known in development circles as Union Square Phase 7, the construction of ICC was completed in phases from 2007 to 2010, and the tower officially opened in 2011.
