Opium den 鴉片煙館

In China and Hong Kong all levels of society frequented opium dens and their opulence or simplicity reflected the financial means of the customers. Patrons would recline in order to position the long opium pipes over oil lamps that would heat the drug until it vaporized, allowing the smoker to inhale the vapors.
