Hong Kong has been banging its head on the wall to preserve its bricks and mortar cultural heritage. Now, it's also trying to decide what its intangible cultural heritage is. They range from rituals and festivals, song and dance, arts and craft, even tarts and tea. Out intangible cultural heritage is a vita component of our collective memories. But progress and development threaten a chunk of our traditions. How can we preserve them for posterity?
