Royal Naval Hospital 皇家海軍醫院

The Royal Naval Hospital (foreground) occupied a site on Hospital Hill in Wanchai that had been a seaman's infirmary since 1843. The navy purchased the site for a new hospital in 1873, but decided on returning to Hong Kong after World War 2, that the installations were too badly damaged to reoccupy. Instead the navy moved to the larger and more up-dated War Memorial Hospital built on Mount Kellet.
