Boatswain's pipe 水手長哨
Figuring in the decommissioning ceremonies was the piping of the White Ensign, a naval tradition dating back to the Crusades. The White Ensign, or St George's Ensign, is flown on Royal Navy ships and at shore establishments. Piping is a naval tradition of passing orders and information, and every sea cadet is taught how to use a 'Boatswain's Call'.
