Governor Sir David Wilson 港督衛奕信爵士

Sir David served Hong Kong from 1987-1992 and was the last governor to arrive wearing the colonial regalia later declined by his successor, Chris Patten. Wilson's five years in office were marked by rancorous disputes with China over the financial and electoral arrangements for the impending handover.
