Racial discrimination in Hong Kong

There are about 340,000 people of ethnic minorities in Hong Kong. They face different types of discrimination in daily life. To fulfill the obligation under the United Nations' International Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Racial Discrimination, Hong Kong government is going to introduce the law of anti-race discrimination. This program explores the effectiveness of the law and the attitudes of Hong Kong people towards the minorities.
