Sir James Stewart Lockhart 駱克爵士

Sir James Stewart Lockhart KCMG, LLD (1858-1937) though not a governor, was a British colonial official in Hong Kong and was posted to Weihaiwei in China for more than 40 years. He was a Sinologist who made pioneering translations. He is seen here in this portrait with his daughter.
