Politics and property prices

Lee Wing-tat (Democratic Party Legislator/Chairman, Legislative Council Housing Panel) and Eric Wong (Chief Executive Officer, Bricks and Mortar) discuss the relationship between politics and property prices. They comment on why some government leaders made conflicting statements on government control of property prices, whether the government should introduce more control measures to cool property prices or lift existing ones, when the right time and bad time to lift such cooling measures is, and should mainlanders be banned from buying Hong Kong's properties. Lee comments on who should be the next Chief Executive.
