Hansard was first published in 1890, it contained the official record of proceedings of the Legislative Council including agendas, Governors’ speeches, passed legislations, debates and discussion of the Councilors and the voting records. Being one of the important government publications, digital images of Hong Kong Hansard are grouped as a sub-collection under the larger database of Hong Kong Government Reports Online.
