怡興隆 Yee Hing Loong

怡興隆是一間位於香港上環摩理臣街1號的商舖，主要經營中國糧食及接辦安南(今越南)雜貨水貨出口等的批發生意，貨品包括南北京果海味雜貨、蝦米、參、翅、墨魚、冬菇、棗、圓肉、蓮子、烏豆，味粉、梅菜、蕎頭、木耳、陳皮、油糖豆麵等。

《香港華商特藏》保存了該公司於1925－1958年間的商業文件，包括總年結簿、分類帳簿、進支記錄、銀行/銀號往來文件、股東文件、交易記錄、保險單、貨運文件、發票、收據和大量商業及私人信件。

Yee Hing Loong was a Chinese wholesale company located at 1 Morrison Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. It was essentially an import-and-export dealer trading sea products and grocery such as dried seafood, Chinese mushroom, dates, dried longan, lotus nuts, black beans, flavor powder, salted vegetable, flour, dried tangerine peel, oil, sugar etc. between Hong Kong and Saigon, An Nam (present Vietnam) as well as cities in China such as Shanghai.

Hong Kong Chinese Merchants Collection contains the business documents of Yee Hing Loong for the period 1925 to 1958 including year-end closing books, ledger books, income and expenditure log book/sheets, correspondence with banks and money exchange shops, shareholders' document, trading record, insurance policy, cargo papers, invoices, receipts and a large quantity of business and personal letters.
